Dynamic Dance just got more dynamic!!! Join us to experience this unique wave of musical rhythms including a wave with LIVE DRUMMING! Many of you know Dave Hergert of Snakes Rising, a very talented and experienced local musician. We are excited about combing our passions into this special evening. We will create a safe container where all movement is sacred and respected. There are no rules or dance steps to follow, just gentle guidelines to encourage the flow of movement.
Share the night with like-minded beings. No dance experience or partner is required. The only requirement is that you have a body! This is self-guided movement. We begin with an Ipsalu formula to move us into a heart space and then into what some refer to as ecstasy!!! Festive, flexible attire is encouraged!
